The Aerial Root series is comprised of four paintings on canvas that
resemble the earth’s surface and its plant life either from close up
or thousands of miles away. The textured, topographical surface is
created by the sand-like crystals of fabric dye (pre-dissolved), oil,
acrylic gesso and sumi ink and sealed with polyurethane to create a
glossy finish. 6” x 8” canvas, sold individually.
