Payments.
Petaline uses PayPal to accept payments. If you choose to pay with a PayPal e-check, I will ship your item as soon as the check clears.

10% sales tax is added to orders within Washington state.

Domestic Shipping Information.

I ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping on all US orders is $7.50.

Petaline ships internationally via USPS Global Priority Express. I charge the actual amount of shipping plus a $5 handling charge. Email me  with your complete address as well as the items you are interested in for shipping costs.

Returns.
No returns. I have put a lot of thought and consideration into the items that I sell on Petaline and they're all vintage, which means that they're pre-loved.  I will describe and photograph any flaws and will accept a return only if I've egregiously overlooked or misrepresented damages or flaws.  I will not accept any returns because you've changed your mind or the size isn't right.  If you need more sizing information on the item, please email me and I'm happy to send you more info.

Please email me within 5 days of receiving your item if it was damaged in transit so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

On occasion I offer sweet deals and discounts. These cannot be combined.
